How ADIN.AI Works

A plain-language overview of ADIN.AI's platform: media and creative intelligence, product modules, Brand Memory, AI capabilities, and channel integrations.

Platform Overview

ADIN.AI is the All in One Marketing Intelligence Platform for enterprise brands. It brings media intelligence and creative intelligence together in one brain: it reads a brand's media and creative across every channel, then plans, optimizes and applies the change, while the brand's team stays in control. Brand Memory keeps the brand's context, from its ad data to its rules and past decisions. ADIN.AI is not a foundation model and does not compete with foundation models such as Claude, GPT or Gemini; it uses them and gives them the brand's context.

As a unified platform, ADIN.AI connects to all major digital advertising channels and reads media and creative performance together, then supports every stage of the workflow: planning, optimization, measurement, and reporting.

The platform works in three steps. Connect: every channel and tool in one model. See: clear scores for media, creative, growth and social effectiveness. Act: plans, optimizes and makes the change, which the team approves or lets ADIN.AI apply. It has eight modules, in two groups (See and Manage), plus Brand Memory.

See — Analytics & Measurement (4 modules)

The See modules bring performance data from every connected channel into a single interface and read media and creative effectiveness together, so marketers can understand what is happening across all campaigns, brands, and markets at any point in time.

Holistic Dashboard

A real-time, unified view of all campaign performance across every channel and brand managed on the platform. Eliminates the need to log in to multiple platform interfaces separately.

Smart Custom Reports

Automated campaign reporting that generates actionable insights on demand. Reports are structured around decisions, not just data — each report surfaces recommended actions alongside performance metrics.

Cross-Channel Scoring

Media and creative effectiveness as simple scores, alongside growth and social effectiveness, at company, brand and campaign level. Standardized criteria allow fair comparison between channels that measure performance differently.

Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)

A statistical modeling tool that measures the incremental contribution of each advertising channel to overall business outcomes (sales, conversions, revenue). MMM helps CMOs and media directors make informed decisions about budget allocation across channels based on proven contribution, not assumptions.

Manage — Planning & Optimization (4 modules)

The Manage modules plan and act. They let marketers plan cross-channel campaigns and continuously optimize performance in the same interface, with the brand's team in control: each change is approved by the team, or applied by ADIN.AI when the team chooses.

AI Media Planner

Builds full-funnel campaign media plans in seconds. The planner draws on up to 10 years of historical performance data, projects expected results across scenarios, and automatically allocates budget across channels to maximize campaign objectives. Tasks that previously took media planners days can be completed in minutes.

Smart Optimization

Analyzes hundreds of performance signals in real time and surfaces prioritized, AI-generated recommendations for improving campaign performance. Changes are ranked by potential impact; the team approves them, or lets ADIN.AI apply them. Every change is logged.

Audience Targeting

Uses AI-based audience analysis to identify the highest-value audience segments for each campaign objective, and activates precision targeting across all connected channels simultaneously.

Budget Optimiser

Continuously reallocates advertising budget across channels and campaigns in real time based on live performance signals — automatically shifting investment toward what is working and away from what is not, within pre-set parameters defined by the advertiser.

Brand Memory

If AI does not know a brand and its rules, it produces generic results. Brand Memory is the ADIN.AI capability that keeps the brand's context. It captures three layers as one compounding memory:

  • Surface data: the brand's own ad data from Google, Meta, programmatic, TV, outdoor and retail media
  • The context layer: the brand's rules of the game, such as brand golden rules, compliance and regulation, brand DNA, audiences and targeting, and spend commitments
  • Human decisions: judgment and past experience that live in conversations, emails, comments and feedback

Teams can also ask questions in plain language ("Talk to your data") about their ads, plans or performance.

Security & Accountability

Each customer has separate, isolated data pipelines on a microservice architecture, so one customer's data is never mixed with another's. The platform is built on AWS and approved as a Well-Architected Solution by Amazon. Ad investments are tracked in real time, with every change logged, for full accountability.
